She assists her clients, French and foreign companies, investors, shareholders, and directors in the resolution of their disputes.
She assists her clients in the context of complex contract law, liability and commercial law disputes, as well in industrial risks and product liability cases.
She is active in corporate and post-acquisition litigation, in resolving shareholders conflicts and directors’ liability issues.
Elsa Rodrigues represents her clients before civil, commercial and criminal Courts and has developed a significant experience in international arbitration (institutional and ad hoc).
Her expertise includes providing assistance in negotiations at a pre-trial stage as well as in mediation procedures for sensitive disputes.
Elsa Rodrigues joined the International Arbitration and Litigation Department of STC Partners in 2011.She started her career in 2008 at Hogan Lovells in the Dispute Resolution Department.
She is a Board member of the French American Bar Association (FABA).
