Patricia Emeriau specializes in business law and in employee savings plans. She intervenes in the framework of operations of external growth like mergers and acquisitions, in governance-related issues and provides assistance in the implementation of structural changes, notably joint-ventures, restructurings, partial transfers of assets, contractual relationships and in the follow-up of the day-to-day life of the company.
She advises French and foreign companies during the implementation of purchase schemes or share subscriptions, of BSPCE or AGA.
Patricia’s expertise in the field of governance leads her to tackle issues ranging from the organization of Annual General Meetings to the follow-up of the functioning of the boards and committees of listed companies.
She also intervenes on numerous occasions with companies to improve internal control and the internal control environment and has excellent knowledge of the risks in the communication/publication and food industries.
She holds a DESS in Business and Tax Law and a DEA in Community Law from Bordeaux I University. Patricia also holds a degree from the Warwick University. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1997 and has worked at PWC Société d’Avocats for over 20 years.
She writes numerous articles about governance-related issues and corporate law and regularly hosts conferences on those issues.
