Jean-Christophe Guerrini has developed a recognized expertise in commercial litigation, and in particular in intellectual property law.
He assists his French and foreign clients before French and European intellectual property offices and before civil and criminal courts in all matters relating to intellectual property law, in particular patent law.
He also assists them in their development (audits and due diligence), and the exploitation of their intellectual property rights (consortium contracts, licenses, assignments, co-branding operations, etc.).
He has experience in various industrial sectors, including health, chemistry, cosmetics, start-up and tech companies.
He regularly publishes articles on various emergency measures in Intellectual Property Rights with the Revue Communication Commerce Electronique (éditions du Juriclasseur).
Jean-Christophe is member of the Paris Bar since 1995. He started his career at Courtois Lebel before joining successively Cabinets Casalonga and DS Avocats. He joined STC PARTNERS in December 2016.

He is a member of numerous professional associations in the IP sector and actively involved in the institutions representing the legal profession. He notably presided over the “Intranet and New Technologies” Commission of the National Council of Bars. (2009-2011)
Former Member of the National Council of Bars, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the French Group of the AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and is an honorary member of the FNUJA.
