Hervé-Antoine Couderc



Hervé-Antoine Couderc shares his activity between advising family groups and capital investors. He supports several French companies in their operations of growth, transmission between generations, and transfers.

He advises managers and shareholders in their patrimonial organization around the company. He advises executives on the tax aspects of their investments in LBOs alongside the funds and assists private equity funds in their establishment in France as well as in the legal assembly of their investments with the management of the company.

Hervé-Antoine Couderc  began his career in 1986 at an American law firm in Paris. In 1991, he joined Arthur Andersen. Specialised in tax law, in 1995 he and Xavier de Sarrau created the Asset Management and Family Business department and he oversaw the development of this department as a partner from 1998 onwards. He then became head of the M&A Private Equity division and was appointed to the Executive Committee of the firm.

He holds a Master II in tax and finance. (Université Paris II Panthéon Assas).

Hervé-Antoine sits on the Board of Directors of several listed investment companies.
